their resumes. KS has been very surprised by the number of interested candidates to join the team. He and his staff have spent a good amount of time reviewing the candidates and while all of them are very strong, none of them could bring enough to the table. However, what they've heard over the last week as colleagues spoke very candidly among themselves was the strongest expression of unity and cohesion and commitment to the offense that he's ever heard.

So, BYU has decided to stay put with the current staff and not adding any OC to further dilute the offense.
