...I need access to records or someone to get those records for us. It's just not online (which does have the deeds, just not the purchase agreements). I'm assuming the purchase/contract info is through the title companies, and thus not a government document and not public info. It drives me crazy because the purchase price is ALL over the internet, but I can't get a source.
