I'm gonna say this as one pretty critical of the LDS Church/religion:
calling 3 kids who all faithfully served 2 year missions & sacrificed their D1 experience as a consequence--calling them BYU "letdowns"--is being pessimistic & unfair to your own in a way that calls to question your most basic makeup as a BYU fan.
Especially when one of them has nearly 3 seasons of play left in him. And the other 2. And the other--despite his very disappointingly early exit--gave us some very special moments as a player. His dispatching of the Zags last year was of nearly Jimmer proportions.
