Sticking to a Goal no matter how long will pay off...
17 Years, 21 Semesters, 149 Credits later (got a little lost on what I wanted to do), I just officially finished and am graduating with my Bachelors Degree.

You may ask, why so long?

During that time, I started and built a business with my wife.
Together we have 4 kids
Built my home (literally built the walls, roof, etc).
Worked two jobs both of which have been very rewarding.
Served as an LDS Bishop, HP Group Leader etc.
Buried a parent and three grandparents.
Wasted time posting on CB. 🙂

I always have known that getting a degree is important, but I always let life step in the way with other things. Getting my degree has been a goal of mine since I first stepped into school back in 2000.

Any regrets, only that I could have completed it sooner.

Moral of this story, keep with all your goals, no matter how long it will take you. The feeling is amazing and will pay benefits.

Also, this is my 4,000th post. Good timing.
