horrific process imaginable. It really blows my mind how insanely ridiculously hard they make it. When I go to turn in the packet of paperwork I feel like using the packet to beat the scout employee to death. The smiling, overly friendly, extremely gracious employee who works for an organization hell bent on making rechartering equivalent to carving out your eye with a dull spoon.
