Wyoming state prison in Rawlins for a tour one night... let me tell you that place was evil. I've never really felt anyplace with such a jacked up feeling. We had flashlights and a tour guide who unlocked the big outside wall and then unlocked the prison and took us on a tour.....wierd place. I guess the place was kind of an 'elba' of sorts where the worst of the worst were sent because if they escaped, they would die in the elements...it's in the middle of no where.. anyway- I was a 'tough' teenager and chose to be a straggler at the end of the pack. As the group moved on, i shined my light down a long, dark tunnel, and saw a pair of arms hanging out from the cell, with a moppy head resting on them..i, obviously, freaked out and got the attention of all involved and we went to check it out and the cell was empty and locked. No one believed me, but I know what I saw.
