Really cheap - $10.49 for single varieties, and $14.49 for trees with multiple varieties grafted on one tree.

All the apples had little tags on them that said they were not self-pollenating. But no one at Costco knows anything about fruit trees.

The multi-variety apple trees said that they were self-pollenating - so I'm assuming that it takes pollen from another variety of tree to bear fruit.

But you could also be right that the tree will still bear fruit - just not very good fruit...

Busiturtle's Dad would know. They used to have a ton of apple trees...
