These are mine:
1) Contemporary Issues for Athletes-final grades were based on an open notes final exam and attendance. All notes were provided for the exam. The test was on a 5th grade level IMO.
2) Jogging-log your miles and hand in your journal
3) Coaching Track and Field-Patrick Shane (women's cross country coach) showed us movies each class, for which we typed up notes. The final exam was bringing the syllabus and our notes in a binder to his office while he marks down the grades. No exams.
4) Sociology of Education-There was just one paper as the final grade, which was graded lightly. The class required attendance and the subject matter extremely dry, so that was the downside.
