1) Recreation Management ?? (fly fishing)--went fishing every Friday afternoon. Tied a few flies and caught a few fish. Good times.
2) D&C from Brother Garr. Embarrassingly easy.
3) Any of the required "book" classes for the business department--pick a book to read from a list and show up at the end of the semester for a group discussion.
4) History of Civilization--quit going to lectures after week 2 and got an A- in the class because I used a girl in my ward's notes to study for the tests (she got a B)
5) Health--another class that I quit attending and still got an A or A-
