The nice thing about an Apple TV that has been jailbroken and has XBMC is that you avoid the whole "have to view content from iTunes". XBMC allows you to point to a network directory and play just about any audio or video format file that exists. You can also add video streams to XBMC. I watch Norwegian TV, and BYU TV on my AppleTV, along with all the others (ESPN3, TBS, SciFi, etc). The best part? I don't have to pay for Playon.
