UTah fans called recruiting smack lame too. Suddenly you guys have a better class and the trash talkers show up in abundance.

Attendance smack was ruled ridiculous, but I have seen Utah fans making it relevant this year since they averaged sellouts and BYU was just under sell outs.

if Utah actually had a decent track record in the Des Duel it would become relevant smack talks as well. For UTah fans to call it lame, it goes against one of the core pac values (right behind religious bigotry) that they are the best conference across the board in all sports. To call a contest emphasizing that lame is calling your own conference lame for emphasizing the same.

Myself, I'm a competitive guy and hate to lose at anything, so if we were getting our butts handed to us by an inferior school like UTah is by BYU, it would bug me.
