I would think that if a patient didn't show up and you give them a fee they are going to never show up again. Is that common in Utah County? It would be nice if all dentists did that so I felt I could get away with that.
First patient that didn't show up was a elementary school aged kid. Luckily he is the only kid I have scheduled today.
