I can do 15 reps and I'm 175 lbs and 38
My max is 295. I've never lifted for the purpose of increasing my reps at 225 but if i did i think i could do 25. I have a desk job 4 kids and making it on an nfl team is not a pursuit of mine. I put in about 6 hours of weight training a week.
