The problem si the suggestions and statments you and manicblue have made are not very accurate Our players are typically very strong in terms of pure strength and functional strength, speed I would agree needs improvement and this is one of the reasons why Omer needs to go.

We have heard comments from opposing players and coaches in recent years saying how were one of if not the most physical teams they have played. Strength has not been an issue, and if you really want to try and make a point about the bench presses go and take a look at how BYU players have typically done in recent years. We have had very good results in recent years as far as the bench press goes.
