Don't know if it is Omer. It may just be that Reynolds isn't that strong, relative to the competition. ( I mean literally strong as in upper body strength)
I also don't mean that as a rip on Reynolds. Just some folks no matter what the training program are going to max out somewhere and it may be a lower max than others.
There is also a personal responsibility to get to a certain level. Maybe he didn't put in the time himself either?
I really don't know. I have always had a high opinion of Reynolds so I an not trying to paint him as lazy, but I am trying to say, it isn't necessarily Omer. There can be other factors.
