Unless you are an accredited investor and unless you left out the part where he gave you a prospectus he is breaking the law. And the Utah Securities and Exchange commision, especially with what has happened over the last several years, will pin this guy to the wall ASAP.
10 yeas ago these guys were a dime a dozen. Now 99% of them are bankrupt and they took a bunch of people's money with them.
Tell your HT to not only no thanks but that he needs to stop what he is doing. The State SEC will take him down.
