Plot holes: My wife said it best " Why on earth did Padme fall for Skywalker! he's a creep and just killed an entire village!"
Padme is shot out of a battle cruiser and lands in the sand apparently unconscious in movie 2. Trooper runs up to her. "Are you okay?" padme leaps to her feet instantly. "yes. Let's go." and they run off. um...didn't you just fall 50+ feet from a vehicle traveling hundreds of MPH?
Yoda can detect the dark side in Count Dooku after 10 seconds of standing in front of him. Yoda is similarly unable to detect the dark side in Senator Palpatine after YEARS of working with him.
Jedi Council sends pubescent Skywalker ALONE to spend a month ALONE with a hot, scantily clad Senator he's madly in love with. THAT'S going to work out well. This despite Anakin's admission of undying love for her to Obi Wan. I don't need the Force to forsee that this is a bad move on EVERY level.
