As far as the bench press goes they have, I was clear....
about that in my post so I don't know how you thoguht I was talking about overall performance.

As I said I have been a detractor of Omers for a long time and have said repeatedly he needs to go, but the reasons you are trying to highlight as why are not good ones. There are much better reasons to use.
