Great idea and solid execution. In the past I have made my own, so now I can just read yours. Thanks for saving me the work! In keeping with the "save me work in making my own roster again" theme, I usually add recruiting stars to my roster to see the talent distribution on the team. It's obviously not perfect. Some people come in as a 5 star prospect and get out hustled and out performed by no star prospects (ahem...) but it does give me an idea from year to year where we find talent and how we do in coaching that talent. Just a thought. Great work and I'll be a frequent visitor.
