I'm looking at an internal transfer opportunity there. My family and I are looking for a new experience (we've lived in WA and UT for our whole lives, other than mission), and the kids are young enough that uprooting them shouldn't be a problem for a few years. So we're fine with going down for a couple of years and seeing how we like it.

What are the nice areas? Are there nice/affordable areas? Good areas for elementary school? Recreation for a family with young kids? Other quality of life issues?
