You pay 65 bucks for an All Sports Pass. Season football tickets are generally more than that. It's a great deal for students.
I just have a real hard time feeling any sympathy as cheap as the pass is, and that you get season tickets for football and whatever other sporting events you want to attend on campus outside of club sports like volleyball and rugby.
Students have had premium seating over the last several years, and if BYU wants to give those seats to high paying customers, they should. You don't deserve the best seat in the house just because you're a student. I used to think they should put the students in the West benches for football when I went to BYU, not realizing the cost of those seats. I thought it would be awesome for the students to harrass the opposing bench and players. Now that it's been over a decade since I graduated, I realize the value of those seats and the committment BYU has to the donors in those sections due to stadium expansion back in the day.
I've never seen such a huge bunch of whining and crying about something. You guys have had it good, and you still have it pretty good.
