for doing whatever it wants to do. It's their right, their school, their issues they have to deal with.
But one has to ask, what could/would cause a 100+ year rivalry to cease? I honestly hope it's the Pac12 telling Utah to grab their ankles. At least then it's out of Utah's hands.
Other than that it makes Utah look snobby, that's just he obvious perception.
In regards to how Holmoe would react. We don't have a crystal ball, but knowing how Holmoe operates, I find it very difficult to believe he would end the rivalry, especially since it's a private institution.
