Was it a white pickup? If so it probably had UHP on the doors and had UHP plates, even though she may not have seen that. Was the UHP officer a very large man?
Was he in uniform with a "U" hat? That would be a problem.
He followed her at 95 MPH for thirty miles? Probably not, would have pulled her over much sooner than that.
Setting the cruise at 83 is a bit high, unless it's in the 80 MPH zones. He may have been following her at 83 to see if she would go faster. So she may have temporarily sped up faster to 95 to maybe pass someone or whatever and then he pulled her over.
