So last week Bluebrotha posted that BYU owed Utah St and Boise St big time because Utah and BYU would play in 2013 and 2014 because of them. This is how it played out in my head last night.

BYU: Hey Utah, we would really like to keep playing you. You know, you guys really are our true rival as we've been playing the game for over a hundred years. What do you say?

Utah: Well right now we've been getting a lot of heat for not playing Utah St. from the admin. We don't really care to play them, but our arm is being twisted. How's this, you get them off our back, we'll play.

BYU:Okay, be right back. Utah St., we really want to play Utah, but they won't play us because they were going to play you. Since we both know we are your true rival, what would it take for you to drop the game.

Utah St: Well for one, drop the 2:1. Second, get us a replacement game.

BYU:Okay, be right back. Boise St., we both know that in a few years that you guys will be our main rival. However, the fans are still hung up on Utah. Could you throw us a bone and play Utah St. for the next two years.

Boise St: Well we got this fifty year game contract that we would like you to sign. Even better, the Big East is talking with ESPN, they still want you back.

BYU: Interesting...seriously....Okay..Hey Utah St., Boise St in.

Utah St: Great.. how about the 2:1?

BYU:How's this, you beat us once a decade in LES, we'll talk.

Utah St: Ohh...

BYU: Okay Utah, Utah State's off your schedule. Let's schedule these games. By the way, you do know that your new "rival" still considers Colorado St. as their true rival as evidence by thier multi year deal with them?

Utah: Don't bother me right now with something like that. We're trying to figure out how we can get the PAC12 logo up on the hill right by the U, but make it even bigger. Because really, that's all we care about.

BYU: Good luck with that. Word of advice, even though that hill was yours a hundred years ago, the federal goverment probably came in and repossessed it. You will probably have to buy it back from them.
