Question will be how does this affect the bowls. If the bowls can survive this, and still have their conference tie-ins with a big payout, it may not cause the conference to shrink in size.

IF you are Miami or FSU, and still have the Orange Bowl option with a huge payout option, why leave when your chanes of making that game are greater in the ACC?
