He changed to a different defense. He had a DC, then didn't have a DC. Let's not forget that one of his first changes was to go back to the old traditional look for the uniforms. The offense has now changed with a different OC to run it.

He's made plenty of changes. I don't see that trend ending until he figures he's got things perfect. Bronco seems to want to pursue perfection, which I think is great. Perfection will never be reached, but I am of the philosophy that you should pursue perfection. I think Bronco is that way.

I would not be surprised to see him make other changes in coming years.
