even if we are losing. But, I actually turned last year's Utah game off before the end-- I was so sick to my stomach. It was the first time I truly started doubting our coaching, our fortitude and our committment. It was clear we had given up.
I'm not the guy who focuses on the Utah game every year because, quite frankly, I feel we are above them as an institution and I don't like lowering ourselves to the point where the Utah game becomes an end-all to our season (see USU beating us).
This year, however, I want so badly to beat Utah I can taste it. I'd sacrafice a win or two this year to beat those yewts.
Side note- When I was at BYU I knew a guy at Utah who competed in the same sport I did and he made a comment about how Utah dominated BYU in athletics. At the time I had a hearty laugh at his comments.
I want to continue laughing.
