At least those games meant something for the conference race, AND our hated rival was in the same boat.
A big part of my problem with BYU's present situation, is that it sucks compared to utah's.
That, and my firm belief (unsubstantiated) that BYU could have a place in the Big 12 right now if it had been motivated enough before TCU & WVU were invited.
I decided for myself that I would cut back on Cougar Club and stop buying season tickets until BYU joined a big boy conference.
We each have to make those types of decisions for ourselves, and I decided to vote with my wallet.
If that makes me not a "real fan" in some people's eyes then so be it.
