Get a phone upgrade if you can instead. We have both
and never use the flip. It's never convenient and when it is, I don't want to carry it around. Kind of like the $1,000 camera "we" had to have too. Thank you smart phone people. Now if I can just sell this other useless crap "we" had to have.
PS. The only time I would get a dedicated video camera is if I needed something waterproof or for recording some kind of helmet cam.
