Perhaps you just replace the bad language in the Muss with "Flip and Fetch," but other than that it is the same.
Second, the huge difference is that Ute fans don't ascribe themselves as holier than everyone else. Kyle doesn't go around telling people that they should play football for Utah because it is a missionary tool for the LDS church, nor do our players go around calling other fanbases "classless". That is the difference. Ute fans are just as bad as every other fanbase: if BYU had a similarly strong rivalry based on proximity with Oklahoma, Miami, or UCLA, I'm sure you would be treated the same by those fan bases.
On the other hand, BYU fans do think they are better than everyone else. They treat other fan bases poorly, yet criticize the Utes for being classless when they are equally to blame. Like Red said in Shawshank Redemption, BYU fans "think their [crap] don't stink," That is the difference. The Utes are the Samaritans or the woman in adultery, while BYU fans are the Pharisees.
