just can't sing. There are also obscure singers that are really very good, they just never hit it big. Personally, I know of some middle-aged women singing alto in the ward choir that have better voices than many popular singers. There are also some singers that no matter what they do, I just don't like their voice and/or their singing. There are also some that I didn't like when they are famous but I really enjoy years later.
