the Big12, SEC, B1G tell it to do. if they want ACC schools i'm sure they'll get them...then they would have to "pick up the BE scrubs." if they don't then they'll try to be proactive and invite others.
honestly i bet they are throwing the kitchen sink at ND...if they could somehow convince them to come that would probably settle everything else down...even if just olympic sports only.
