I have a co-worker who left to go work there. The place was so toxic and awful she quit after three weeks and came back to where I work.
She said she witnessed managers bullying other managers to get their way, managers refusing to accept new ideas that weren't their own, and horribly thought-out marketing/advertising campaigns.
