... 9 Pac-12 games, a Big-Ten opponent, BYU, and Utah State every now and again, I don't blame KW for leaning towards not playing BYU every year, especially since the 9 conference games, the Big-Ten game, and Utah State are mandated. (Actually, I do not know if the Utah State game is mandated but here in Arizona, ASU and Tucson Tech are required to alternate playing NAU and I am assuming Utah and Utah State have the same or similar arrangment.)
Again though, I don't blame Utah for not wanting to bend over backward to accommodate BYU. If BYU were in that position, BYU would be doing the same thing.
