other than he was "there" in some capacity before I arrived on campus in 1981...and he got fired this week. So do the math. Pull out your spreadsheets...give me exact dates of head coach verses assistant, verses player verses waterboy. Whatever.
He's been a part of BYU baseball for a long, long time. And my point was that "it didn't work out" wasn't applicable IMO.
