I was incredibly confident in the pre-season. I saw all the Ute's issues, issues that they carried into our game, and thought they'd easily win.

But then I watched what I thought was going to be a strong offense sputter against Ole Miss and Texas. I was just hoping we'd find a way to score more than one offensive TD at that point, and maybe, just maybe with Utah having all of their issues on offense that would be enough.
