We sat at the table next to Norm Chow's family after BYU lost to Washington at home back in '97--Norm was doing his very best to fly under the rader and didn't look like he wanted to talk to anybody. My dad ran into him last year down in St. George and he and Norm struck up a conversation and talked for like 10-15 minutes--it totally changed my perception of Norm.
I worked at a shoe store when I was at BYU and Lance Reynolds brought his kids in and I sold them shoes for his younger sons--probably Matt & Houston (they were in middle school at the time).
