TCU, KSU, WVU, and Okie St all have better coaches than all but perhaps Oregon in the Pac. TCU and KSU's are both probably in the top ten in the country. While their coaches remain they will be teams that would regularly only be worse than USC and Oregon in the Pac. Baylor is on the upswing as well, as is Iowa St.
