10% of your credit score, or 85 points
is the number of times you pull your credit. All pulls on the same day are counted as 1 and you get a certain number before it affects your score, 2 or 3. It will never wipe out the entire 85 points, pulling it more than allotted will give you a hit of about 10 points in my experience in the credit industry.
