Utah has has had some great Polys, as has BYU.

For those in state, or in CA, it seems like a tossup as to what school they are going to attend.

I have to wonder how this will play out in the long term for those who still live on the islands; from Hawaii to New Zealand.

Going forward ESPN and BYUtv may be the weight that tips the scale as family is such a big part of the poly culture, and those mediums would allow a much greater degree of visibility.

Going forward, if they have the ability, and the grades, I believe BYU will get the nod more than Utah.
