And that is why the PAC won't expand again unless they can get some of the Big 12 schools. BYU would be a good addition to any conference in terms of athletic performance, but CSU doesn't cut it. Nor does UNLV, Boise, SDSU or anyone else for that matter out west. And if they had to expand, it would be to 16 and there just aren't 4 teams of the caliber where it can be justified.
