Last I checked, Utah and BYU were .500 against one another over the last 20 years in football. I love how guys point to the last 30 years in football but then pretend nothing in basketball goes beyond the last 5 years.
And I have no idea whose coattails you are referring to (unless you want to talk about the 1980s). You guys have been ranked in the top 10 exactly once in the last 20 years in football and you have been to one meaningful bowl game in that entire time frame. You didn't bust the BCS. You didn't finish ranked in the top 5 twice. You didn't produce a #1 draft pick. The PAC is looking forward, not backwards 30 years.
