Favorite road trip?

I'm driving cross country tomorrow by myself. My wife and kids flew ahead of me, and I'm driving one of our cars. (We're moving).

I love driving long distances.

What's your favorite trip? I'll be doing I-80, but I really enjoy Iowa and Nebraska farmland.
