I assume this was just a joke, since the average SAT scores for students admitted to Utah are ahead of Arizona, ASU, Oregon, OSU, and WSU, and the ACT scores are tied except for Oregon (slightly ahead of Utah/Arizona/ASU) and OSU/WSU (slightly behind). UCLA, USC, Cal, and Stanford are, of course, far ahead.
