position were created, the Czar would hopefully have the U playing SUU and Weber every other year, as opposed to sending significant money out of state to Northern Colorado and Montana State. The Czar could easily save one of the greatest rivalries in the country, and would have the internal fortitude to tell the PAC-12 that the U is going to play its rival every November, just like USC and the other PAC schools do. Standing up to the PAC-12 is too hard for Dr. Hill to do, I get that. A Czar could solve that in a New York second, with no retribution back to the U by the PAC-12. Also, a scheduling Czar would ensure that the U plays USU home and home every year, as they should. Perhaps there are other things with scheduling that make sense in basketball as well. It is clear that Dr. Hill and Whit need some help (evidence the Northern Colorado game - pure stupidity to subsidize the State of Colorado).
