You said that BYU's facilities have been great? Not only has BYU lacked in facilities in the past, but even now with the new practice facility, BYU does not come close when compared to top tiered programs. You should first visit the facilities of a top program. Its unreal.
Are you making this comment because its church owned? And just because BYU is church owned, are they not allowed to pursue needed revenue like every other program in the country? In your eyes, does this somehow dampen what BYU stands for?
Revenue is what drives everything, particularly when talking college football. College football is what pays for all the other sports, and the sports facilities etc. Of course its a huge concern and this is why BYU left the MWC and created BYU TV.
