Why am I not surprised: Utah tries to steal BYU's thunder on our media day by announcing a series with Michigan on the same day. No way this timing is a coincidence. I get that BYU is Utah's main rival in recruiting, but c'mon Utah how much lower can you go?

I couldn't be more disappointed in the way Utah has handled their promotion to the PAC-12. First, they spit in BYU's face by threatening to cancel one of the best rivalries in the country because the "PAC-12 regular season schedule is so tough." Then they attempt to steal recruits that are already committed to BYU by playing the PAC-12 card. Then they try to insult BYU even more by raining on our media day parade with Chris Hill quoted as saying, "This kind of scheduling arrangement with Michigan is only possible because we're in the PAC-12."

I've lost all respect for Chris Hill and Utah's program. Yeah it was cool that Utah got into the PAC, but to continue to spike the football a year after the touchdown is classless.

Max Hall was right.
