If they aren't going to play us in football, they shouldn't get the benefit of playing us in other sports. It's got to be all or nothing. We shouldn't "put out" for them on their terms. Otherwise we're just being their female dog.

Declining to play them in other sports is also a way to put pressure on them to maintain annual home-and-home football games. I can guarantee you that the hundreds of athletes, coaches, and fans of other Utah sports will not be happy about losing the rivalry. It's part of the cultural fabric in the state of Utah, and people value it tremendously. If Chris Hill starts to get pushback from his other sports, he might be willing to reconsider.
