Daughter stepped on a bee at swimming lessons yesterday. They say they got the stinger out but 24i hours later it is still pretty swollen. Have given her Benadryl and ice packs but it wont go down.

Dont think she is allergic as she has been stung before in the arm.

Any other ideas? Would rather not go to after hours clinic. Ok taking her to doctor Monday if still swollen.
