EPO and HGH tests simply werent up to the job during that

time, from what I understand. He did get caught/cautioned for corticosteroids, but said it was just in the skin cream he was using, by accident. I hope he's not guilty, but my guess is he's 100%. The vendetta is old, but to them it's like catching the dude who cleaned our Fort Knox.

It's not a France v. USA thing, the cycling world for the most part wants Armstrong to go down. I would think it comes down to what samples they still have, and whether preservation was possible or the substances degrade over time. Any chemists plz advise?
